• Cutting boards. I have two of the biggest (17.5 x 13”) and 1 of the smaller ones (11.5 x 9”).

• Cutting board liner. Cut a small piece about the same size as your cutting board. Place it under the board every time you use it!

• Stainless steel baking sheets.

• Wire baking/cooling rack.

• Pizza stone.

• Silicone ice cube trays. Small ones are great for freezing baby food, pesto, tomato paste, etc. Large ones are perfect for freezing broth/stock and soup.

• Pyrex casserole dishes with lids. A smaller square one and a larger rectangle one is a good combo.

• Pyrex prep/storage bowls with lids.

• Pyrex ramekins.

• Pyrex mixing bowls with lids.

• Stainless steel bowls with rubberized bottoms.

• Colanders. A big and a small is a good combo.

• Box grater.

• Zester.

• Mallet.

• Funnel.

• Silicone egg rings.

• Peeler.

• Instant read thermometer.

• Measuring cups.

• Measuring spoons.

• Pyrex measuring cups.

• Popcorn maker.

• Pepper mill.

• Salt pig. We have a fancy one now, though it’s a little unstable with so many moving parts. I think I’d go with something simple like this next time.
